Diversi-T is the foremost change-management and diversity-inclusion consultancy in South Africa. Having emerged in 1993, the company has played in integral role in transformation in South Africa’s new democracy. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many of us to reimagine and reposition ourselves and our businesses. The new normal has seen digital communications become the foundation of business in a paradigm of social distancing.
Something Creative was first approached by Diversi-T to help develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for its new E-learning platform. However, it was soon realised that the company’s digital persona and assets were outdated, holding any real digital marketing back. Something Creative helped re-design the Diversi-T website and let the company gain control of this important asset. A marketing campaign and communications strategy was established using social media as well as email marketing to empower Diversi-T to speak directly to its audience and to potential customers.
Web Redesign
The Diversi-T website had changed many hands over the years. The company did not have control over this asset, which is the cornerstone of online marketing efforts. A WordPress site was designed and implemented to offer the company a modern website over which it could gain control to add new content at will. A new look and feel was designed by Something Creative, along with more current brand outline that can be applied to all digital communications going forward.
